Q1: Is there a minimum order value?

A: No, at Oncore we believe in keeping our service as flexible as possible, however to qualify for FREE delivery we request you spend £40 to qualify.

Q2: How can I open an account?

A: Please call 01772 791888 and one of our telesales operators will be happy to set an account up for you or email sales@oncorefoodservice.co.uk with your details and an account manager will contact you shortly.

Q3: What are your cut off times?

A: For the order today deliver tomorrow service the cut off times are 3.00 pm for frozen and 4.00 pm for ambient. We also have an overnight answer phone service avaible for add to orders which will be processed the following day.

Q4: What are your sales hours?

A: Our sales team operates between 6.30 am – 5.00 pm Mondays – Fridays.

Q5: Where do you deliver?

A: We deliver thought out the northwest of England covering Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cheshire.

Q6: What are your services?

A: We offer a fast, friendly ordering and delivery service with an order today deliver tomorrow service for chilled, ambient, frozen and non food products.
